2. Shadowland
______In the magical world of Shadowland, shadows can talk. People in that
world always tell the truth, but shadows always lie. From behind a
fence you hear two voices arguing. One says “You are a lying shadow.”
The other says “You are a lying shadow.” Do the two voices belong to
people, shadows, or one of each?
* Solution
One of each. If the first one is a person (telling the truth), then the second must be a lying shadow. If the first one is a shadow (telling a lie), then the second must be a person (telling the truth).
